Resumen: EL PRESENTE ARTÍCULO TIENE COMO OBJETIVO ANALIZAR EL RENDIMIENTO ACADÉMICO DE LOS ESTUDIANTES UNIVERSITARIOS EN EL ÁREA DE MATEMÁTICA Y SU VINCULACIÓN CON UNA PRAXIS DOCENTE MEDIADORA. SE SELECCIONÓ METODOLÓGICAMENTE UN TIPO DE INVESTIGACIÓN DOCUMENTAL Y DESCRIPTIVA, BAJO EL ENFOQUE CUALITATIVO, LA CUAL A TRAVÉS DEL MÉTODO DE TRIANGULACIÓN DE FUENTES INTERESTAMENTAL PROPUESTO POR CISTERNA (2005), DONDE SE PUEDEN ANALIZAR Y CONTRASTAR LAS BASES TEÓRICAS LEGALES, ASÍ COMO TAMBIÉN, LAS RESPUESTAS EMITIDAS POR LOS ACTORES CLAVES DE LA INVESTIGACIÓN APLICANDO COMO TÉCNICA UNA ENTREVISTA DE TIPO ESTRUCTURADA. SE ESCOGIÓ LA UNIVERSIDAD IBEROAMERICANA DEL ECUADOR (UNIB.E). IN ORDER TO ENCOURAGE MORE FLEXIBLE WORKING ENVIRONMENTS AND ESTABLISH GENERATORS OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT FOR PARTICIPATING COUNTRIES THROUGH AN EDUCATED SOCIETY, VARIOUS INTERNATIONAL ORGANISATIONS THAT INTERVENE IN THE QUALITY DIMENSION WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF A SYSTEMIC APPROACH TO HIGHER EDUCATION, INCLUDING THE WORLD BANK, HAVE MADE MULTIPLE EFFORTS TO ESTABLISH VARIOUS RECOGNITIONS, CERTIFICATIONS AND CREDITS PERTAINING TO COMPETENCY-BASED EDUCATION. MATERIALS AND METHODS. THE RESEARCH, FEATURING A STUDY OF THEORETICAL-INTERPRETATIVE DESIGN, WAS BASED AROUND THE QUALITATIVE PARADIGM. INFORMATION WAS OBTAINED BY MEANS OF SEMI-STRUCTURED INTERVIEWS WITH 14 LECTURERS FROM DIFFERENT UNIVERSITIES IN THE CITY OF QUITO IN ECUADOR. THE DATA OBTAINED WERE TRIANGULATED WITH A REVIEW OF THE LITERATURE CARRIED OUT BY THE RESEARCHERS. RESULTS. THE INFORMANTS CONSIDERED COGNITIVE COMPETENCIES TO BE THE MOST RELEVANT WITHIN THE CONTEXT OF TEACHER FORMATION. RESEARCH, PLANNING AND ORGANISATION SKILLS WERE NOT ESTABLISHED IN IMPORTANCE DUE TO UNIVERSITY PROFESSIONALISATION. ADDITIONALLY, THE NEED TO ESTABLISH CURRICULAR CHANGES IN THE ECUADORIAN UNIVERSITY PEDAGOGY WAS CONFIRMED. DISCUSSION AND CONCLUSION. Resumen: THE GENERAL OBJECTIVE OF THIS RESEARCH WAS TO ANALYZE, DESCRIBE AND UPDATE THE MANAGEMENT SKILLS OF THE STUDENTS OF THE UNIVERSIDAD IBEROAMERICANA DEL ECUADOR (UNIB.E). TO CARRY OUT THE STUDY, FIELD RESEARCH WAS ADOPTED, WITH A NON-EXPERIMENTAL CROSS-SECTORAL DESIGN. THE POPULATION WAS MADE UP OF TWELVE (42) STUDENTS AND TEN (10) TEACHERS, BOTH OF WHOM WERE ATTACHED TO THE GASTRONOMIC CAREER, MAKING UP A CENSUS-TYPE SAMPLE. TO COLLECT THE INFORMATION, THE SURVEY WAS USED AS A TECHNIQUE AND AS A TOOL; THE QUESTIONNAIRE CONSISTED OF 30 ITEMS. IT UNDERWENT A CONTENT VALIDITY PROCESS, CARRIED OUT THROUGH THE REVIEW OF FIVE (5) EXPERTS. CRONBACH'S ALPHA COEFFICIENT WAS USED FOR RELIABILITY. WHERE 0.797 WAS OBTAINED AS A RESULT, CONSIDERED A HIGH LEVEL OF CORRELATION VALUE. THE RESULTS SHOWED DEFICIENCIES IN RELATION TO THE MANAGEMENT TRAINING SKILLS ACQUIRED BY THE STUDENTS. Resumen: IN THE CURRENT ECONOMIC SCENARIO, TOURISM MANAGEMENT EMERGES AS ONE OF THE MOST DYNAMIC ACTIVITIES OF GLOBAL CAPITALISM. ITS IMPORTANCE IS APPRECIATED IN THE CONTRIBUTION TO THE GENERATION OF WEALTH, ACCORDING TO THE WORLD TOURISM ORGANIZATION. IN THIS CONTEXT, TRANSNATIONAL CAPITAL HAS FORCEFULLY PENETRATED WITH INTO TOURISTIC ACTIVITY. HOWEVER, THE RESULTING EFFECTS IN TERMS OF SUSTAINABILITY HAVE NOT BEEN FAVORABLE. ECUADOR HAS NOT ESCAPED THIS DYNAMIC, EVEN THOUGH THE MINISTRY OF TOURISM ITSELF ESTABLISHES THE NECESSARY HARMONY BETWEEN THIS ECONOMIC ACTIVITY AND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT. THEREFORE, THE WORK PRESENTED IN THIS STUDY, AIMS TO ANALYZE THE DYNAMICS OF TOURISM PLANNING AND COMPETITIVENESS IN ECUADOR. THE STUDY WAS DEVELOPED UNDER THE PARADIGM OF QUALITATIVE RESEARCH, THROUGH AN INTERPRETIVE DESIGN OF A LITERATURE REVIEW. THE INFORMATION WAS ALSO COLLECTED USING THE OBSERVATION AND SURVEY PROCESS, WHICH REVEALED DIFFICULTIES IN THE USE OF PROCESSES TO MAINTAIN INTEREST IN THE STUDY. IN THIS ORDER OF IDEAS, THE DIFFERENT PROCESSES FRAMED IN THE PLANNING AND EXECUTION OF DIVERSE STRATEGIES THAT PROJECT THE MOTIVATION TOWARDS THE STUDY WERE CONSIDERED. IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE DIFFERENT ACTIONS CARRIED OUT, AN EVALUATION WAS CARRIED OUT TO MEASURE THE ACHIEVEMENTS OBTAINED IN ORDER TO GIVE GREATER OBJECTIVITY AND PRODUCTIVITY IN THE FULFILMENT OF THE OBJECTIVES PROPOSED IN THE PRESENT STUDY. Resumen: THE OBJECTIVE OF THE STUDY WAS TO DEVELOP A THEORETICAL APPROACH BETWEEN THE LOGICAL AND AFFECTIVE EMOTIONAL BOND THAT EXISTS IN UNIVERSITY STUDENTS IN ECUADOR WHEN CONDUCTING EDUCATIONAL RESEARCH WITH THE MOODLE SYSTEM. THE NATURE OF THE RESEARCH WAS DEVELOPED UNDER THE QUALITATIVE APPROACH, BASED ON THE HUMANIST-INTERPRETATIVE PARADIGM. DUE TO ITS QUALITATIVE SCHEME, THERE ARE 22 UNIVERSITIES IN THE CITY OF AZOGUES WITH A POPULATION OF 700,790 STUDENTS, OF WHICH THE SELECTION OF A HOMOGENEOUS SAMPLE WAS APPLIED, OBTAINING THE PARTICIPATION OF 618 STUDENTS. THE RESULTS WERE ANALYZED THROUGH THE GENERALIZED COMPARISON OF DATA AND THEORIES THROUGH THE QUALITATIVE DATA ANALYSIS SOFTWARE ATLAS.TI, WHICH CONCLUDES WITH A THEORETICAL APPROACH CONSISTING OF THREE MAIN CONSTRUCTS: COGNITIVE INFLUENCES OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES, EMOTIONAL LOGIC AND EMOTIONAL BONDING, ESTABLISHING THAT DIGITAL CONNECTIVITY FACILITATES THE CAPACITY OF UNIVERSITY RESEARCH THINKING.

LOS DATOS OBTENIDOS, SE SOMETIERON A UN ANÁLISIS BASADO EN ESTADÍSTICA DESCRIPTIVA, MISMA QUE PERMITIÓ SU ANÁLISIS, BASADO EN FUNDAMENTACIÓN TEÓRICA. Resumen: THE DIFFICULTY IN THE PROCESS OF TRIGONOMETRY TEACHING, SERVED AS A STIMULUS FOR THE PRESENT RESEARCH, IN WHICH THE OBJECTIVE CONSISTED OF DESIGNING AND PROPOSING THE USE OF A TRIGONOMETRIC CICULAR GEOPLANE FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF MEANINGFUL LEARNING IN THE AREA OF MATHEMATICS AT ISRAEL TECHNOLOGICAL UNIVERSITY. FOR ITS DEVELOPMENT, A FIELD RESEARCH, DESCRIPTIVE TYPE, AND A SPECIAL PROJECT MODALITY WAS CONDUCTED. AS KEY INFORMANTS, THE PARTICIPATION OF TWENTY (20) STUDENTS AND THREE (3) TEACHERS THAT WORK IN DISTINCT LEVELS OF THE INSTITUTION DESCRIBED ABOVE. IN ORDER TO GATHER INFORMATION, OBSERVATIONS AND INTERVIEWS WERE USED, AND THE INSTRUMENT OF AN OBSERVATION AND INTERVIEW GUIDES WERE SUBMITTED TO A VALID PROCESS. Resumen: THE MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THE RESEARCH IS TO ANALYZE THE COGNITIVE ATTRIBUTES OFFERED BY INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES TO PROMOTE MATHEMATICAL SOFTWARE AS A MODEL OF TEACHING AND LEARNING. IN THE STUDY, THE SOFTWARE WAS USED AS A MOTIVATING DIDACTIC RESOURCE FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF MEANINGFUL LEARNING. ONE HUNDRED STUDENTS OF THE FIRST SEMESTER OF UNIVERSIDAD IBEROAMERICANA OF ECUADOR PARTICIPATED IN THIS RESEARCH. FOR THE SELECTION OF THE SAMPLE IT WAS APPLIED A NON-PROBABILISTIC PARTICIPATORY TYPE TECHNIQUE. THE STUDY WAS DEVELOPED ACCORDING TO THE APPROACH OF MIXED METHODS OF SEQUENTIAL EXPLANATORY DESIGN. THE RESEARCHER ORGANIZED THE ARTICLE IN TWO PHASES: THE FIRST PHASE WAS QUANTITATIVE. QUANTITATIVE RESULTS WERE OBTAINED BY APPLYING A QUESTIONNAIRE TO THE STUDENTS. THE DATA DEMONSTRATED THE NEED FOR CHANGE IN UNIVERSITY MATHEMATICS EDUCATION. FOR STUDENTS IN THE FIRST SEMESTER, IT WAS IMPLEMENTED THE WIRIS AND GEOGEBRA OPERATIONAL PROGRAM DURING THE QUALITATIVE PHASE. MOREOVER, THE OBSERVATION GUIDE MADE IT POSSIBLE TO COLLECT QUALITATIVE INFORMATION. THE RESULTS OF BOTH PHASES WERE JOINED THROUGH THE TRIANGULATION METHOD. IN CONCLUSION, IT IS PROPOSED THE USE OF SOFTWARE AS A MODEL OF TEACHING-LEARNING PROCESS. IT IS HIGHLIGHTED THE IMPORTANCE OF ACTIVE GROUP KNOWLEDGE SHARING.

Resumen: THE TEACHING ACTIVITY OF THE UNIVERSITY PROFESSOR ALSO AFFECTS THE FORMATION OF THE STUDENTS, FORGING THE HIGHER EDUCATION IN A DYNAMIC PARTICIPATION, THROUGH THEIR ENTRY AND CRITICAL INTERACTION. THE PRESENT STUDY IS JUSTIFIED BY ITS ORIENTATION TOWARD NEW RESEARCH CONTRIBUTIONS IN HIGHER EDUCATION, BY FOCUSING ON A RELEVANT ASPECT OF THE EDUCATIONAL PROBLEM, AND RESPONDING TO THE NEW NEEDS OF THE LEARNING PROCESS BY SEEKING THE CHANGE OF THE TEACHER FACING THE ORIENTATION OF LEARNING. AN INVESTIGATION OF A DESCRIPTIVE QUANTITATIVE APPROACH WAS CARRIED OUT, SUPPORTED BY A NON-EXPERIMENTAL FIELD STUDY OF A TRANSACTIONAL NATURE. THE POPULATION WAS CONSTITUTED BY TWO GROUPS, THE FIRST COMPOSED BY 30 PROFESSORS AND THE SECOND BY 439 STUDENTS. BOTH GROUPS BELONG TO THE UNIVERSIDAD TECHNOLOGIC DE ISRAEL (UISRAEL) AND THE UNIVERSIDAD DE LAS FUERZAS ARMADAS (ESPE), AND THEIR SELECTION WAS NON-PROBABILISTIC PARTICIPATORY. LIKEWISE, QUESTIONNAIRES WERE APPLIED AS A TECHNIQUE FOR DATA COLLECTION AND THE LIKERT SCALE WAS APPLIED AS A TOOL THROUGH THE MOODLE VIRTUAL PLATFORM OF THE STUDIED INSTITUTION. FOR THE COLLECTION OF DATA, A SURVEY WAS APPLIED AS THE TECHNIQUE, AND AS AN INSTRUMENT, A QUESTIONNAIRE WAS USED TO THE TEACHING POPULATION, IT IS SUBDIVIDED INTO THE FOLLOWING VARIABLES: EMOTIONAL SELF-KNOWLEDGE, EMOTIONAL SELF-CONTROL, AND STRUCTURED SELF-MOTIVATION. THE LIKERT MODEL IS USED FOR RESPONDING WITH A SCALE OF 5 ALTERNATIVES. TO TEST THE RELIABILITY OF THE INSTRUMENT, A PILOT TEST WAS APPLIED, GIVING A VALUE OF 0.894 OF THE CRONBACH ALPHA STATISTICAL COEFFICIENT. THE SCALES PRESENT KENDALL'S COEFFICIENT OF AGREEMENT PRESENTING AS SIMILARITY OF VARIABLES WITH A VALUE OF P = 0.039, CONGRUENCE (P = 0045), AND TENDENTIOUSNESS (P = 0.035). THE INFORMATION WAS ALSO COLLECTED THROUGH THE OBSERVATION AND SURVEY PROCESS, WHICH REVEALED TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES IN MAINTAINING INTEREST IN THE STUDY. IN THIS ORDER OF IDEAS, THEY ARE CONSIDERED NECESSARY THE DIFFERENT PROCESSES FRAMED IN THE PLANNING AND EXECUTION OF DIVERSE STRATEGIES THAT PROJECT THE MOTIVATION TOWARDS THE STUDY. IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE DIFFERENT ACTIONS APPLIED, IT IS CARRIED OUT AN EVALUATION TO MEASURE THE ACHIEVEMENTS OBTAINED IN ORDER TO GIVE GREATER OBJECTIVITY AND PRODUCTIVITY IN THE FULFILLMENT OF THE OBJECTIVES PROPOSED IN THE PRESENT STUDY. THEREFORE, IT IS CLEAR THAT THE APATHY OF STUDENTS FOR ACADEMIC ACTIVITIES IS DUE TO THE LACK OF APPROPRIATE STRATEGIES BECAUSE THESE ARE NOT MEANINGFUL TO THEM. IN THE QUANTITATIVE PHASE, CORRELATIONAL METHOD, WERE APPLYING A DIGITAL QUESTIONNAIRE, THE DATA WERE ANALYZED THROUGH MULTIPLE REGRESSION AND STATISTICAL ANALYSIS OF NESTED VARIANCE TO TWO VARIABLES DEMONSTRATING THE NEED TO IMPLEMENT MATHEMATICAL SOFTWARE. BACKGROUND RESEARCH HIGHLIGHTS THE LIMITED EXPLORATION OF AI TRAINING IN EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS, PARTICULARLY WITHIN LATIN AMERICA. AI HAS BECOME INCREASINGLY PIVOTAL IN EDUCATIONAL PRACTICES, INFLUENCING THE DEVELOPMENT OF COMPETENCIES IN VARIOUS DISCIPLINES, INCLUDING EXPERIMENTAL SCIENCES. THIS STUDY AIMED TO DESCRIBE THE CORRELATION BETWEEN PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES IN AI, AI USAGE, AND DIGITAL RESOURCES AMONG STUDENTS IN THE EXPERIMENTAL SCIENCES EDUCATION PROGRAM AT THE NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF CHIMBORAZO. METHODOLOGICALLY, A QUANTITATIVE APPROACH WAS EMPLOYED, INVOLVING A STRUCTURED SURVEY DISTRIBUTED AMONG 459 STUDENTS. DATA ANALYSIS WAS CONDUCTED USING MULTIPLE REGRESSION MODELS TO ESTABLISH PREDICTIVE INSIGHTS INTO AI USAGE. A MULTIPLE LINEAR REGRESSION MODEL WAS DEVELOPED TO PREDICT AI USAGE AMONG THESE STUDENTS. THE ANALYSIS REVEALED SIGNIFICANT CORRELATIONS BETWEEN AI COMPETENCIES, AI USAGE, AND DIGITAL RESOURCES. THE REGRESSION MODEL HIGHLIGHTED THAT BOTH AI COMPETENCIES AND DIGITAL RESOURCES ARE SIGNIFICANT PREDICTORS OF AI USAGE. A NON-PROBABILISTIC, INTENTIONAL AND SELECTIVE SAMPLE OF 29 STUDENTS WAS USED. A VIRTUAL ASSESSMENT SIMULATOR WAS DEVELOPED ON THE MOODLE PLATFORM FOR DATA COLLECTION. A METHOD WAS DEVELOPED TO COMPARE RESOLUTION TIME RECORDS (AUTOMATIC METADATA) AND THE GRADES OBTAINED (PRE-TEST AND POST-TEST). RESULTS: AFTER THE INTERVENTION, A NOTABLE IMPROVEMENT IN GRADES WAS OBSERVED (MEAN PRE-TEST = 6.79; MEAN POST-TEST = 8.28; T = −5.711; P < 0.001). THE AVERAGE TIME SPENT DECREASED FROM 29 MINUTES 12 SECONDS TO 22 MINUTES 11 SECONDS (T = 45.241; P < 0.001), INDICATING HIGHER TEMPORAL EFFICIENCY. EN TAL SENTIDO, LA INVESTIGACIÓN TUVO COMO OBJETIVO GENERAL DETERMINAR LA GESTIÓN SUPERVISORA DEL DIRECTIVO PARA EL MEJORAMIENTO DEL DESEMPEÑO DE LOS DOCENTES DE LA UNIVERSIDAD IBEROAMERICANA DEL ECUADOR (UNIB.E). ESTUDIO QUE SE ENMARCA DENTRO DE LA INVESTIGACIÓN DESCRIPTIVA, DE CAMPO CON UN DISEÑO NO EXPERIMENTAL, TRANSECCIONAL. PARA EFECTO DE LA POBLACIÓN SE TOMÓ EL TOTAL DE DIRECTIVOS, ES DECIR, CUATRO (4) MIENTRAS QUE, PARA EL ESTRATO DE LOS DOCENTES DE AULA, SI SE APLICÓ LA FÓRMULA DE SIERRA, QUEDANDO CONFORMADA POR TREINTA Y CINCO (35) EDUCADORES. LA TÉCNICA UTILIZADA PARA LA RECOLECCIÓN DE INFORMACIÓN FUE LA ENCUESTA, COMO INSTRUMENTO EL CUESTIONARIO. LA VALIDACIÓN DEL INSTRUMENTO SE REALIZÓ A TRAVÉS DE JUICIO DE TRES (3) EXPERTOS Y LA CONFIABILIDAD MEDIANTE UNA PRUEBA PILOTO A DIEZ (10) SUJETOS, A LA CUAL SE APLICÓ LA FÓRMULA DE ALFA CROMBACH OBTENIÉNDOSE UN COEFICIENTE DE 0,929. LOS RESULTADOS DE LA INVESTIGACIÓN DETERMINARON DEFICIENCIAS EN LA GESTIÓN SUPERVISORA LO QUE PERMITIERON OFRECER UN CONJUNTO DE CONCLUSIONES Y RECOMENDACIONES AL PERSONAL DIRECTIVO PARA MEJORAR LA FUNCIÓN SUPERVISORA Y CON ELLO EL DESEMPEÑO DE LOS DOCENTES DE LA UNIB.E.

Resumen: THE OBJECTIVE OF THIS RESEARCH WAS TO ANALYZE THE CAUSES AND CONSEQUENCES OF THE SYSTEMATIC PROCESS OF TEACHING AND LEARNING OF THE DIVISION OF WHOLE NUMBERS, A STUDY AIMED AT STUDENTS AND TEACHERS OF THE 3RD AND 4TH LEVEL OF BASIC EDUCATION. FOR ITS DEVELOPMENT THE QUALITATIVE PARADIGM WAS USED THROUGH THE MODALITY OF FIELD RESEARCH. AS INFORMANTS, TWENTY (20) STUDENTS AND TWO (2) TEACHERS PARTICIPATED. ALL PARTICIPANTS ARE ENROLLED IN THE 3RD AND 4TH LEVEL OF THE GIORDANO BRUNO SCHOOL LOCATED IN THE CITY OF QUITO, ECUADOR. TO COLLECT THE INFORMATION, THE OBSERVATION TECHNIQUE AND THE SEMI-STRUCTURED INTERVIEW WERE USED, AND THE INSTRUMENTS WERE SUBJECTED TO A VALIDITY PROCESS, WHERE THE TRIANGULATION WAS APPLIED. THE RESULTS WERE ANALYZED TO GIVE AN ANSWER TO THE PROPOSED OBJECTIVE OF THE MANUSCRIPT, WHERE THE TEACHING-LEARNING METHOD APPLIED TO THE STUDENTS IS PRESENTED AS A CRITICAL-CONSTRUCTIVIST MODEL, BUT IN REALITY, A MECHANIC-ACADEMICIST EDUCATION SYSTEM IS USED. IT WAS EVIDENCED THAT TEACHERS SHORTEN THE LOGICAL PROCESSES OF THE DIVISION OF WHOLE NUMBERS, BY THE TIME-SPACE FACTOR.

¡A EDUCAR! APRENDIZAJES Y ESTRATEGIAS PARA EL DESARROLLO INTEGRAL

Resumen:

El proyecto busca contribuir al desarrollo integral de niños y niñas mediante estrategias educativas que fortalezcan su bienestar cognitivo, físico y socioemocional. Se abordarán dificultades en matemáticas, lengua y literatura, salud alimentaria y desarrollo socioemocional, identificadas a través de un diagnóstico participativo.

 

La intervención se desarrollará en comunidades con necesidades en estas áreas, integrando la participación de docentes, estudiantes universitarios y familias. Se implementará dentro del calendario académico de la Universidad Nacional de Educación, a lo largo de 3 años.

La metodología se basa en el uso de estrategias educativas con enfoque lúdico. Se reforzará el aprendizaje en matemáticas y lengua y literatura con materiales pedagógicos, se promoverán hábitos saludables para prevenir la desnutrición infantil y se fortalecerá el desarrollo socioemocional mediante actividades centradas en habilidades sociales con valores de equidad y la inclusión.

Se espera caracterizar las problemáticas de la población beneficiaria, implementar estrategias efectivas en contextos formales y no formales, evaluar su impacto y socializar los resultados en espacios académicos y comunitarios. Además, el proyecto contempla la producción de materiales tanto didácticos como académicos que facilitarán su replicabilidad en otros contextos, con el respaldo de instituciones aliadas para garantizar su continuidad. Este enfoque permitirá generar mejoras sostenibles en el aprendizaje y bienestar de los niños y niñas, promoviendo su desarrollo integral.
